Guests can log in to their account first, and then select > Orders in My Account. Guests can download order invoice that have been completed for the past 6 months. In addition, when the guest completes the order and transaction, the confirmation receipt will be automatically sent to the guest’s email account.

Change /Cancel order

After the order is received, it will be confirmed manually by our staff. The packing and logistic process will not get started until it is confirmed. The customer can change or cancel the order within 24 hours after the order was confirmed. All orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours.

Non-returnable goods

Non-returnable products will be labelled on the product description page as non-refundable or non-replaceable.
If you found any damage, error, missing item, or quality problem of the product after you received the order, please take photos to record the condition of the package at the time of arrival. Contact our customer service manager to report the problem. We can only accept package damage or conditional return through the system within 2 days from the package delivered.

Delivery method / Estimated delivery date

You can check the delivery date of the relevant goods on the checkout page. Our company mainly cooperates with the temperature control (cold transportation) transportation company of SF Express or XH Supply Chain (SF joint venture company). The order can still be canceled within 24 hours after confirming the order, so it usually takes one day for transportation and packaging, so the customer can expect to receive the goods within 2-3 days after confirming the order. When the customer’s goods have been delivered to the transportation company, the corresponding waybill number of the goods will be notified to the customer by email. Or guests can enter their account to check the current progress of the order.
Note: The actual delivery date and time depends on different factors such as the delivery address, manpower arrangements and weather effects, and the information displayed on the payment page shall prevail. Siji Haozhan will try its best to arrange the best and fastest delivery date and time, and reserves the right of final decision.

Delivery Charges

Delivery service charge is free when you spend HK$250 or more per order. Otherwise, HK$120 delivery charge will be applied per order.
