Community we care

Talking about our community, we should start with where we come from. We have been living in Shatin since 1986. At that time, Shatin is still under major urban development along sides with shan man river. Our parents started street food (hawker) business around 1988, we built and grow our restaurant business with most of the Shatin fan (沙田友) together. Our business, our soul and our core value has been well attached with our community. The best way to express our appreciation and gratefulness is to blend all of these into our products so that you can share with your family and friends from generation to generation. We believe as native HongKonger, a bowl of authentic satay beef with instant noodle soup and braised pork belly with preserved vegetable can speak whole lot of stories about you and your community.
