Cooking Methods:
Steaming:
1. Pour around 500ml fresh water into hotpot to boil over 100℃,
2. Place raw spare ribs on a plate evenly,
3. Place the plate over the hot water to steam for 10 mins.
Pan-Fry:
1. cooking oil on pan, heat up at high flame, keep stirring spare ribs for 30 sec, then add 3 tsp of water,
2. set to medium flame, cook for 3 mins, cover the pan with lid, shut off flame,
3. bake for 2.5 mins, add half tsp of sugar,
4. bake for 4 mins, mix them up, ready.
