Cooking Methods:
Air-Fryer:
1. set air-fryer to 180’C,
2. place each slide beef flat ,
3. cook 3 mins on one side,
4. then flip to other side cook for 2 mins
Pan-Fry:
1. oil on pan, heat up at medium flame,
2. place each slide beef flat on the pan,
3. cook one side for 1 mins with low flame,
4. flip and cook other side for 1 min
